Rocket Men

Niven's notes following the eighth "Access to Space" convention, which took place April 27 through 29, 2000. The dreamers, with visions of the conquest of space, are morphing into businessmen who are crunching the numbers and building the prototypes (and experiencing the highs and lows of a risky business venture).
